Automatic payments

Go on the website or on the app of the service where you want to activate automatic payments through Satispay > select Satispay as a payment system > open the app and click on Authorize to automatically allow direct debits on your Satispay account, according to the frequency of your purchases and subscriptions.

Where can I see the activated automatic payments?

You will see the automatic payments activated in the section Profile > Settings > Automatic Payments in the app.

You can withdraw them in any moment, just by clicking on the appropriate button.

What happens if I haven't got enough availability on the payment due date?

If you haven't got enough availability on your Satispay account the payment won't be successful. You will have to contact the creditor and ask how to make the payment in another moment.

Nevertheless we suggest to increase your Budget to avoid inconveniences.
