Payment Slips (Bollettini)

Visit the "Services" section, select "Payment Slip (Bollettino)" and scan the entire payment slip to automatically retrieve the information and proceed with the payment.

If the text recognition is unsuccessful, you can also tap "Skip" and manually enter the required information. The app will guide you step by step.

After paying, you can access your receipt with all transaction details in the "Profile" section of the app. Should you wish, you can simply download the receipt by tapping the button at the top right corner of the screen.

Settlement time and costs
Settling payment slips with the Satispay app is subject to a fixed fee of 1€. This charge is indicated on the app's payment screen.
The time required for the recipient to be credited is as follows:

• immediately for Instant Settlement Payment Slips. In this case, the date on which the payment is received by the beneficiary (the settlement date) coincides with the date on which the payment was made. The receipt will therefore indicate the settlement date immediately.
• one business day after the intermediary receives the funds, for Payment Slips that are Subject to Authorization. In this case the settlement date will be after the payment date; the in-app receipt will display the message "Subject to Authorization" and indicate the expected settlement date.

This information is available in-app when the payment is being made.
