How to check the details of a transaction

Did you know that you can check all the details of a transaction with just one click? 👀

In the Transactions section, you can filter the payments received by period and shop. By clicking on the transaction you are interested in, you can check: 

• the gross and net amount of the transaction 
• the commissions applied
• any amounts refunded
• whether the transaction was made using Satispay Meal Vouchers or Satispay Benefits 🛍️
• the Satispay identification code of the transaction
• the order number and shop code, if any
• the first and last name of the customer who made the transaction
