Sending money to a contact who doesn’t yet have Satispay 

It is now possible to send money to your friends who don’t yet have an active Satispay account.

In order to do so: 

• Tap on Contacts;
• Click on Send or Request > select the contact of your friend;
• Choose the amount and how you wish to notify your friend.

Your friend will receive an SMS containing a link to download the app. At this link your friend will also be able to view the amount of the payment.

Your contact will have 14 days to register, complete the activation, and receive the money.The transaction cannot be cancelled during this time.

If your friend's account is not activated in time, the money will automatically be returned to your account Balance.

Bear in mind that this action will initiate a money transfer from your account to your friend’s account, even though it is not yet active. During the days required to activate the account you will see the transaction as “in progress”. The money will be transferred as soon as your friend’s account is active and within 14 days from the date of the payment.
