Why hasn't my account been activated yet?

To ensure maximum security, the data verification process also includes an interbank check. This phase has timings which unfortunately are not under our direct control but rest assured, we are working our best to get you on board with Satispay as soon as possible.

Once the data verification is complete, you will receive an in-app notification in order to proceed with the activation of your account and set up your budget.
