How to photograph your ID

To avoid delays in the activation of your account, we ask that you upload clear and legible photos of your original ID (no scans, photocopies or screenshots are accepted), without reflections or protective coverings. The following instructions outline how to photograph each document type:

• Italian identity card (booklet form): photograph both the inside and the outside of the open document;
• Italian driver’s license or Italian identity card (card form): photograph the front and back of the document;
• Passport: photograph only the page containing your photo and personal details.
