How to download a payout transactions report

In the “Payouts” section of your Dashboard, you can view the details of every payout to your bank account within the previous month.  

Selecting the payout, you can view the settlement date, the reference, TRN, IBAN and bank account details. 

You will also find all the transactions related to the specific payout. To request the relative report starting from the 6th day after the payout settlement date, you can select the Export button, choose the format (.csv/.xls) and request the Report.

You will receive an email notification once the document requested is available in the Reports section of your Dashboard.
