Top-up with a bank transfer

The Satispay Balance can be topped-up via a bank transfer.

To do so:

  • Tap on Profile > Manage your Balance > Top-up with a bank transfer
  • Indicate the IBAN you wish to use
  • Send the bank transfer using the provided bank details

Make sure that the bank transfer is sent from the IBAN selected in the app, and that the data is entered correctly, otherwise the transfer will fail and the money will not be credited to your account.

The procedure can take up to a few working days.

In this section you may also enter a new IBAN. However, please note that the IBAN must be verified first before your account can be topped-up via a bank transfer.
