Why do I need to take a selfie to login into my account?
To login into your account from a new device or after an App logout, you’ll be asked to take a live selfie.
This is a security measure we have introduced to confirm your identity and to guarantee the highest level of protection.
Once you’ve taken the live selfie you’ll be able to login into your account and use Satispay as usual.
How do I take the live selfie correctly?
- The live selfie has to be taken live and cannot be chosen from your device’s gallery
- Place your face within the oval and follow instructions to rotate left and right
- Make sure to have good light conditions and to be the only person in the picture.
Can I login into my account without taking the live selfie?
Taking a live selfie is a necessary action: if you decide not to complete it you won’t be able to access your account and use your App.
How do you store my live selfie?
We store your live selfie as any other personal data,in compliance with the policy and our security measures.
In case of any problem while taking the live selfie, please contact us via your App or write to support@satispay.com.
