Manual mode or automatic mode

With Satispay Business you can accept payments in two ways: 

• Manual mode: open the Satispay Business app to confirm or decline the payment
• Automatic mode: all payments sent to the shop are accepted automatically, with no need for the merchant to confirm the payment

To change mode, please write to business@satispay.com.

How can I activate or deactivate the automatic acceptance mode?

• access your Control Panel at dashboard.satispay.com;
• choose "Stores" from the menu on the left;
• click on the shop name to enter the details section;
• scroll down to "Settings" and activate the manual or automatic acceptance mode.

Please note:

By activating automatic mode on the shop, any POS devices, or integrated cash registers, will no longer automatically issue a receipt.

We therefore recommend that you only activate automatic acceptance if you accept payments via the Satispay Business application.
