Can I keep my Digital COVID Certificate in the Card section and where is it saved?

The new feature offered by Satispay allows you to scan the QR Code of your Digital COVID Certificate and store it in the Cards section of the app on your device.

This is a completely optional procedure and not necessary to use all the other services in the Satispay app. Such a copy of the Digital COVID Certificate is stored solely on your device where the Satispay app is installed and is not replicated on our servers.

Satispay does not have access to the information included in the copy of your Digital COVID Certificate and, therefore, is not aware of information about your health and/or vaccination status or any other data related to the Digital COVID Certificate.

Due to these particular limitations aimed at protecting our users, we inform you that if you access the Satispay app from a different device, the copy of your Digital COVID Certificate will not be available in the Services > Cards section and, where you are interested in this feature, you will need to scan the QR Code again by means of this additional device as well.
