Change IBAN linked to your Satispay Business account

Do you want to change the account where you receive your cashout credits? No problem! 💸

You can proceed with the change directly in the Dashboard (Settings section > IBAN > Add IBAN) by following the instructions given.

You will also have to upload proof of ownership of your IBAN, i.e. a photo or screenshot of a document from the Bank or Home Banking showing:

• the IBAN code
• the account holder
• name and/or logo of the Bank

💡 These data must be visible in the same document or screenshot.

You will then need to follow these steps:

• select Payouts > Add Payout and choose the new IBAN, Reference and Frequency;
• click on the arrow symbol to view the payout details and select the shops for which you wish to change the IBAN by clicking on Add Stores.

⚠️ By skipping the last step, the IBAN change will not be effective and you will continue to receive credits from your store to the previously set up checking account.
