How to deactivate my account

We’re sorry to see you go!

Before proceeding with the deactivation of your Satispay account we kindly remind you that if you have problems with the app you can contact us directly on the App Help Center or by emailing us at We’ll be happy to help you.

If you wish to take a break from Satispay you can temporarily suspend your account by simply setting your Budget to 0 €. In this way, no further operations will be carried out and, when you want to use again your account, you only have to set a weekly Budget again, without having to register again for the service.

If you have decided to permanently deactivate your account, please write to the email address, necessarily using the subject "Deactivation of my Satispay account". You can do this by clicking directly on the email address above, or by clicking on this link.

The deactivation of your account will happen as follow:

  • we’ll transfer to your bank account any availability left on your Satispay account;
  • we’ll disable your account on the app. This means you won’t be able to access your account again.

The whole deactivation process might take up to a few working days. We’ll send you an email once it’s completed.

Please note that, where already programmed, you may receive further communications from Satispay within the next 72 hours.
