Can the top-up be issued in advance?

The top-up is weekly, placed on Sunday evening and credited by Tuesday.

If you need more availability, we recommend that you increase your Budget in the app or arrange an Instant Top-up*: this way, you can have new availability whenever you want.

This instant top-up, at a cost of only €1.00 and with a maximum amount shown in the app, allows you to receive a manual top-up which will be credited to your Satispay account within seconds. 

The charge will be visible on your statement according to your bank's processing times. Please ensure that you always have enough funds in your current account to complete this operation.

*The Instant top-up feature is currently available only to a selected group of users.
