How long does it take for the top-ups and bank transfers to be credited?
The weekly top-up is issued after the 23:59 of the Sunday, and credited to your account within the following Tuesday. These times are not directly under our sole control, but we’re working on partnerships in order to improve them.
The bank transfer of the availability exceeding your Budget can take up to a few working days in order to be credited to your account.
Can I set a monthly top-up?
Budget top-ups can recur both weekly and monthly. In order to set your preferred Budget top-up simply go to Profile > Manage your Balance > Edit > Advanced options > and select either weekly or monthly.
Here you can also set a minimum top-up threshold , which allows you to decide the minimum amount after which a top-up will be issued. For example by setting a minimum top-up threshold of 50 €, top-ups will only be issued if greater than 50 €.
I’ve set my Budget for the first time and I haven’t received my top-up. How long will it take?
The first top-up can take up to a few working days in order to be credited. Therefore we kindly ask you to wait a little longer, soon you’ll receive the top-up on your Satispay account!
