How to contact us

To contact our Support Team you have several options:

• if you are already logged into your account, go to the Profile section, tap on Settings > Help Center > Consult the categories > Contact us;
• if you are on the screen where you are asked for your PIN, tap on "?" > Contact us;
• if you wish to contact us directly from your email address, you can write to us at support@satispay.com.

Please note that if you want to contact us directly by email, you must do so using the email address associated with your account.
