Accessing my account

To access your Satispay account, open the app and follow the login instructions, inserting the phone number that you provided when you signed up. You will be asked to confirm your mobile phone number and your email address, please remember to keep them updated.

If you have a new phone number or a new email address, you can change them in the app before logging in. If you are unable to change them, please contact us.

Can I access my account from other devices?

No, your Satispay account can only be accessed from one device at a time. Accessing your account from a new device will automatically disconnect the previously associated device.
