Once you have completed the registration, you will have to wait a few business days as we verify the information you provided. The verification process also includes interbank checks, which usually require up to 5 working days.

During this time, you will not be able to send and receive money with Satispay but you will be free to explore the app.

How do I know if the verification process is proceeding smoothly?

Will I receive a notification once the verification process is completed?

Yes, we will send you an app notification as soon as the verification process is completed.
