What is the Budget?

Budget refers to the amount of money that you would like to have available in your account each week. You can set it up from your app by tapping Profile > Manage your Balance > and selecting the desired amount. It may take a few business days the first time transferring the selected amount from your bank account to your Satispay profile.

All following money transfers will be made each Sunday at 23:59 depending on the status of your Satispay account, as follows:

  • if your balance is at least €5 less than your Budget, the difference will be withdrawn from your bank account and transferred to your Satispay account, thus restoring your balance to the Budget you set.
  • if your balance is greater than or equal to your Budget, no operation will be performed.

Instant top-up *

If you want to have a top-up before Sunday at 23.59, you can request an instant top-up. With this mode, at a cost of only 1 euro, you will be able to arrange a manual top-up which will be credited to your Satispay account within a few minutes.

Top-up with a bank transfer

The Satispay Balance can be topped-up via a bank transfer.

In order to do so, you will need to use the IBAN you indicated and make sure the data you entered is correct. Otherwise, the transfer will fail and the money will not be credited to your account.

The procedure can take up to a few working days.

Transfers to your bank account

You can move your Satispay balance to your bank account by clicking “Transfer to bank account” and choosing the amount you'd like to send. The selected amount will then be sent to the bank account via wire transfer. Remember, this is an interbank operation and therefore may require a few business days.

The Instant top-up feature is currently available only to a selected group of users.
