How to extract your bank statement with Satispay Business

How to download the documents you need for your accounting? 📝

By accessing the Dashboard and selecting the "Request Report" button (top right) in the Transactions section, you can directly view and download:

• a monthly account statement, by clicking on "Monthly Account Statement" (available in .pdf format). The document is valid for the purpose of the tax deduction of Satispay Business fees💡
• a monthly summary of each shop's takings, with details of any fees applied, by clicking on ‘Monthly Transaction Summary by Shop’ (available in .csv/.xls format) 
• a detailed statement of each transaction received either on a monthly basis or on a specific timeframe, with details of any fees applied, by clicking on ‘Transaction Report by Period’ (available in .csv/.xls format)

You can also check any payouts received from the Payouts section. You will also be able to download a monthly or period summary (available in .csv/.xls format) by clicking on ‘Request Report’ (top right).
