Introducing the Dashboard

The Dashboard is an online platform that is available to all merchants that have signed up to Satispay Business. View your profile by accessing dashboard.satispay.com and inserting the email and password that you signed up with.

The Dashboard lets you perform the following operations:

• View and export the history of payments received, with detailed record of all commissions applied (in .csv or .xls format);
• View and export the history of transfers to the merchant's bank account, net of any fees applied (in .csv or .xls or .pdf format);
• Create Physical Stores and Online Stores;
• Change the logo of your store;
• change the IBAN and the frequency of transfers;
• set automatic or manual acceptance of payments;
• change the contact details of the store;

Remember that it is not possible to accept payments from your customers using the Dashboard.
