Receiving the Cashback
Once you have successfully paid a store that is offering a Cashback, you will immediately receive a notification confirming that the partial refund has arrived. You can also view the amount received within the "Profile" section of the app. Your balance will automatically update accordingly.
Can I calculate the amount of money that I will receive with the Cashback?
Select the store and enter the amount to be paid. Before sending the payment, the Cashback that you will receive is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen.
Once you have made the payment, you will receive a notification confirming that you received the Cashback which is also visible in the "Profile" section of the app.
Why didn't I receive a Cashback?
Make sure that the store you're paying in has an active promotion and that you have not already received the maximum Cashback amount relative to the promotion in course.
Remember that the Cashback may vary by region, promotion, partnership or even by user. Therefore, it is possible that not all users will view or receive the same Cashback in a given store.
- A Cashback campaign may be exclusive to specific areas (eg. the Milan province, the city of Rome, the Sicily region, etc.)
- A Cashback campaign may be incremental or vary based on number of purchases (eg. a user that has paid multiple times in the same store may receive a larger Cashback than a user who has never paid in the store).
- A Cashback campaign may be activated within specific stores in accordance with corporate partnerships.
- The Cashback icon will not be visible to users that have already received the maximum Cashback amount outlined by the campaign. Conversely, users who have not reached the limit will see the Cashback icon.
