How can I ask a contact for money? 

To ask a contact for money, you need to:

• Tap on Contacts
• Click on Send or request
• Select the desired contact > type in the amount > tap on Request.

The chosen contact will immediately receive a notification.

The pending request will be visible in the Contacts section, by clicking on Send or request > Check payment requests. 

You can also enter a comment or a GIF, if you wish (e.g. gift for Marco). 

Did you get the amount wrong or did your contact delay sending it to you? If this is the case, tap on the request and decide whether to cancel it or send a reminder (please mind that this option is available only once every 7 days).
