I have a problem with an online purchase, what should I do?

2 - If you don't receive an answer from the merchant within 10 days, please contact Satispay from the Support Center in the app or by writing to email@example.com: describe the problem and share with us a proof of the conversation you had with the support of the merchant.
3 - We will provide you with a form to fill out, so that you can tell us as many details as possible about the issue you encountered.
4 - Our Customer Care will analyse the request by activating the Satispay Online Payment Assistance and will help you solve it as soon as possible.
